This document contains the terms and conditions that regulate the use of the website hosted under the domain name www.oceandivecenter.com, which is owned by Ocean Dive Center by companies (hereinafter, "Pyme", "company" or "user") who are interested in accessing the information, services and, where appropriate, the financing products offered by companies in the MytripleA group or third parties. Likewise, this document contains the information that must be provided to customers, in compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. Companies will not have the status of consumer, given that they act in the field of their economic, commercial or professional activity, so they are not applicable to the services provided by MytripleA Valores, Law 16/2011, of June 24, on consumer credit contracts, Law 2/2009, of March 31, which regulates the contracting with consumers of mortgage loans or credits and intermediation services for the conclusion of loan or credit contracts and Law 22 / 2007, of July 11, on distance marketing of financial services for consumers.

How to become a user of the web as a company

If you decide to become a user of MytripleA Valores, you must comply with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions must be read together, and add to our privacy policy (available on the web). Please read these terms and conditions carefully and print a copy for your future reference. By using this website and the services provided through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (each one in its modified version at any time). However, MytripleA Valores may establish particular conditions for the contracting or use of certain services or products offered on the website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should immediately stop using this website. How to become a business user
1.1 In order to be a user in MytripleA Valores you must meet the following criteria:
(a) be a commercial company with registered office in Spain and beduly registered in the corresponding Mercantile Registry or any other corporate figure with registered office in Spain accepted by MytripleA Valores, or alternatively, be a natural person who carries out a professional or economic activity and who is registered as such in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers from the Spanish Social Security (RETA);
(b) you must have a bank account open at a Spanish credit institution to which the amount of the transfer will be paid (unless otherwise agreed) and the corresponding receipts will be charged;
(c) register as a user and provide us with the necessary information and documentation requested in said registry, completing the “Electronic Customer Knowledge Form” and including the information and documentation required by the applicable regulations.
1.2 The companies or partners of the entity, the administrator of the company or the members of its Board of Directors may not be disqualified in accordance with the provisions of Law 22/2003, of July 9, Bankruptcy, or equivalent regulations of other States members of the European Union, nor may they be serving a sentence for the commission of crimes or misdemeanors against assets, money laundering, socioeconomic order, the Treasury and theSocial Security.
1.3 MytripleA Valores reserves the right to carry out the necessary inquiries about the SME and not to accept it as a user.
1.4 You guarantee MytripleA Valores that all the information provided to us in the course of the application process is true and accurate in all respects and you agree to update it and notify us of such changes. You will be responsible before investors for the information you provide us for publication on the platform.
